Da Spikey bits:

Looks like there is a new Warhammer Fantasy board game in the making, and it takes place in old world. Will you die with enough glory to win?

Announced on ICv2, Ninja Division just signed a license with Games Workshop to release Doomseeker, an RPG based in Warhammer Fantasy old world. Let’s take a look at what they had to say about it.

Ninja Division has signed a license with Games Workshop to release Doomseeker, a card and board game set in the Warhammer Fantasy old world, Ninja Division Co-Owner and Creative Director John Cadice told ICv2. “It’s such a rich world for roleplaying and it’s something that we love personally,” he said of the new license.

The object is to die with glory. “It’s going to be a fun game where you play as a dwarf slayer out to seek your doom and die with the most glory by fighting the biggest and ugliest monsters you can find in the Warhammer world,” Cadice explained. “It’s a group game, the one that dies with the most glory wins the game.”

The game box will include everything needed to play, including cards, tokens, and dice. Ninja Division is hoping to have a MSRP in the $30 to $35 range, Cadice told us. Release date is Spring 2018.

We’re looking at a release window of Spring next year, and Ninja Division is trying to keep it in the $30 to $35 price range. You and your friends will be able to do battle in the old world of Warhammer Fantasy where it’s not a matter of surviving, but dying in the with the most glory. Neither Games Workshop or Ninja Division have announced the new game on their websites, but we’re sure we’ll be hearing something soon.

Spero che per release date intendessero primavera 2019 e non 2018, altrimenti ci siamo già giocati la prima scadenza... ;)
